Return & Refund Policy

Do you accept exchange and returns?
Yes, We offer Easy Return and Exchange. The request for return/exchange is to be placed within 2 days of delivery. Items should be unused in their original condition & intact with tags.

What items are eligible for returns/replacement?
In order to facilitate a return/ replacement, the products must meet the following criteria: The request for return/ replacement is placed within 2 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition, intact with tags. Items should be unwashed and unused.
Items should be in their the original packaging. Items should not be on sale or clearance sale

What items are non-refundable?
Used products or items on clearance sale are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once the return product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 working business days.

Why can’t I see the COD delivery option?
We currently do not offer Cash On Delivery.

How do I track my order?
You can track orders using your order id or tracking id on our Tracking your order page. Tracking information and link is shared via email and phone messages once the product is shipped from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days for metro cities. 4 to 7 working days for the rest of India.

What if my order is undelivered?
If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

What payment methods do you accept?
 You can purchase using a debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI.
